Flex Team is currently interviewing candidates for Property Maintenance positions for an apartment complex in Tallmadge, Ohio.Previous experience helpful but not required this is an On Call Maintenance position. All candidates applying MUST HAVE THIER OWN TOOLS to perform the job duties and responsibilities listed below. Job Duties and Responsibilities are as follows:Changing Light FixturesKeeping Facility CleanSnaking Drains when necessaryReplace FaucetsSnow and Trash RemovalGeneral Housekeeping of common areasHours:Monday - Friday8am - 4pm Rate of Pay:$10.00 per hr.
