Job Description:
Qualifications to support the new product development efforts:
o Self motivated o Work independently o Technically oriented.
o Safety oriented.
o Capable to travel as needed.
o Capable of using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) o Capable of writing technical summaries and reports o Knowledge of building construction considered a plus.
o Can do attitude.
Duties include:
o Conduct field investigations (both customer complaints and new product field trials) o Run test equipment (both existing and new tests as developed).
o Work with warehouse to pull material as needed o Fabricate samples as needed o Schedule testing at outside laboratories.
o Order parts o Physical property testing of foam o Lab clean up 5.
Education requirement:
2 year degree min.
4 yr degree for full hire 6.

No use of respirator/no exposure to radiation source.
