Integrity Technical Services, Inc. located in the greater Akron, Ohio area is seeking a Technical Recruiter.
Our professional staff members specialize in servicing our clients with the most qualified Information Technology and Engineering talent in the industry.
Our Recruiting Staff works in a TEAM Environment assisting each other in order to reach company established profit margins.
Requirements:
Candidates should possess an Associates or Bachelor's Degree
Candidates must be computer literate.
Candidates must have excellent communications skills both written and verbal.
Candidates must be able to manage multiple job requirements daily.
Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing or recruiting are preferred.
What you will be doing:
Recruiter are responsible for the recruitment and placement of IT and Engineering candidates.
Recruiters edit, screen and evaluate resumes to perform work for our clients.
Recruiters interview and submit qualified candidates to customers ensuring that only the best will selected.
Recruiters are expected to utilize recruiting resources such as: Social Networking, Internet Databases/Marketing, Professional Organizations, etc.
Salary Range is based on Experience and Work History.

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
