BUILDING MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT
General building maintenance -- a little electrical, plumbing, knowledge of hot water tanks etc.
When hired in may live on or off premise -- salary will depend on this.
Need own tools and will be on call every other week -- will be paid 1 extra hour each day on call.
Will be moving furniture Pay Rate $10.
00 per hour Start Date 05/04/2015 Schedule 8 am - 5 pm Mon - Fri Scheduled Hours 40 per week.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
