Integrity Technical Services, Inc. is a recruitment search firm specializing in the staffing of technical personnel for engineering, information technology, and high tech industries.
We are currently looking to bring on an entry-level or mid-level recruiter.
No previous recruiting experience required. We are willing to train.
Work hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday - Friday
Position Required Skill Set:
Comfortable speaking on the phone
Strong Interpersonal skills
Computer use proficiency (MS XP and MS Office products)
Quick learner
Good at multitasking abilities
Fast typing skills
Position Desired Skill Set:
Background in sales, human resources, or staffing
Some type of technical background (mechanical, electrical, drafting, civil, IT, computer, software)
College Education
Position Responsibilities Include:
Communicating with candidates and clients in a professional manner
Recruiting quality candidates for open positions using databases and advertisements
Qualify candidates for open positions
Use of Windows 7, and Microsoft Office products
Compensation:
Commensurate Base Pay
Commission structure & Profit sharing.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
