Qualifications:
- Valid certification as a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA / CNA)- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately- Compassionate and empathetic nature
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming- Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse- Support patients in their mobility and ensure their safety during transfers- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients- Follow established care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals- Maintain a clean and organized patient environment, including regular infection control measures- Document patient observations, activities, and any changes in condition- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, ensuring clear understanding of care instructions and answering any questions they may have- Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations and protocolsWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
