Summary:
The Fulfillment Supervisor is responsible for planning, implementing and managing our shipping and distribution strategy.
Your main duty will be to ensure secure, accurate, timely and productive shipping processes.
Responsibilities:
Keeping shipping operations within budget without compromising speed or efficiency.
Creating and implementing shipping policies and procedures.
Hiring, training, and supervising shipping employees.
Acting as a liaison between management and employees Collaborating with internal departments to optimize the flow of orders from preparation to shipment.
Documenting processes and reporting to management as required.
Prepare and present KPI reports Supervise and oversee shipping team members Motivating the team Time and attendance Incentives (peer recognition, EOM, perfect attendance, productivity) Disciplinary actions (coaching and corrective actions) Reviews Identify shipping issues and implement solutions in a timely manner Other duties as assigned.
Abilities/Skills/Knowledge Requirements:
Five years' experience in the shipping industry.
Proficiency in electronic shipping software and ERP.
In-depth knowledge of logistics and shipping documentation.
Experienced with budgeting and reporting.
Knowledge of shipping industry regulations.
Advanced analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
