00 an hour Front Desk Receptionist Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner- Answer phone calls- Schedule appointments and manage appointment book- Provide information to callers and visitors regarding the salon/spa and services- Assist with event planning and coordination- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, inventory, pricing inventory- Maintain a clean and organized reception area -Any other duties needed by management Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally - Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines - Excellent calendar management skills to schedule appointments effectively - Demonstrated phone etiquette with clear and effective communication skills - Must be able to handle cash, credit card, and check transactions - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail If you are a friendly, reliable, motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills, we would love to hear from you.
