67 an hour Qualifications A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields and four (4) or more years recent documented work experience in a variety of human resources and or administrative functions or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
General Description Under general direction, the Human Resources Administrator performs all human resources functions for the City including onboarding, and selection, conduct, performance management, employee and labor relations, health and safety, wellness, recordkeeping, compliance, and leave of absences; assists with the enforcement of federal, state, and local employment laws, policies and practices; and works with and advises City officials, department heads, and staff in matters related to human resources.
